Great news for snowmobilers—ALL ZONES in Waupaca County are officially open! With fresh snow and groomers actively maintaining trails, conditions range from fair to good across the county. Riders are encouraged to check specific zone updates before heading out and to be mindful of ongoing grooming operations.

Trail Conditions & Updates:
Zone 1: Open – Good condition
Zone 2: Open – Fair to good, actively groomed
Zone 3: Open – Fair condition
Zone 4: Open – Fair condition, 2" to 4" base
Zone 5: Open with exceptions – Trail south of intersection 31 dead-ends at Riverview Road; no access to Manawa Mill Pond lake bed or gas stations
Zone 6: Open – Good condition, all trails groomed and drifting in
Zones 7, 7A, 8: Open
ATV Access Dates:
Zone 1: Opens 2/20
Zone 2: Opens 2/19
Zone 3: Opens 2/22
Zones 4 & 5: Open 2/24
Zone 6: Opens 2/24
Important Reminders for Riders:
🚨 Stay on marked trails – Riding off-trail is trespassing!
🚜 Respect landowners – These trails exist thanks to private landowners’ generosity.
🔇 Keep noise levels down – Be courteous to those living near trails.
💨 Avoid riding during thawing weather – Help preserve the trails.
♻️ Don’t litter – Leave nature as you found it.
🚧 Follow all trail signs and closures – Some sections are off-limits for safety and property protection.
